Great location. Very walkable

Absolutely fantastic! Our room was so nice and big! The breakfast was amazing and the free cocktail hour with appetizers was so nice. The staff was very friendly..excellent location and parking. Easy to get anywhere quickly. Definitely going back!

My stay at the Embassy Suites was perfect from check in to check out. Friendly staff, breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect. Close to Broadway and super close to the track. I will be staying there in the future for sure !!

Clean friendly and easy to walk everywhere downtown

Very nice hotel . Stayed here last yr and once again this yr. Clean hotel , nice spacious rooms and a very friendly staff that always looks to help and always smile and greet you. Special shout out to the chef making egg omelettes and pancakes. Always super friendly. If you’re visiting Saratoga racetrack it’s a 10 min drive and it’s also walking distance to Broadway where all the resturants are. Nice hotel will stay again next yr and keep going back if they continue to a great job in making myself , family and friends happy

Great hotel, great location and probably the best breakfast ive ever had at a hotel. Front desk women working Friday morning had us wait in the lobby for 4hrs before a room was ready. Friends of ours with the same room checked right in 15min before. Now granted it was early but Ive worked in Hotels, i know they could have placed a call to housekeeping who could have got a room clean faster than 4hrs. (She did this for other guests). The gentlemen said we were first on the list and shouldnt be more than an hour or so which is very reasonable. My other buddy not knowing that we asked already asked the female and she said it would be hours! She was short, dismissive and was the only black eye on otherwise a great weekend.

The king 2 room suite was perfect for the two of us. Clean and comfortable.

Lots of extra amenities, like free breakfast and cocktails. The breakfast wasn’t the typical hotel breakfast - it was made to order with tons of options. The staff was extremely professional and pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was excellent…. Especially the staff

We only spent a night, but the entire time we noted how much we loved staying at Embassy Suites - the staff is so friendly, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and the king bed had 5 pillows (you usually only get 4!) The happy hour has great snacks and you can't beat 2 free drinks (no one else does that!) and the breakfast is leagues ahead of other hotels "continental breakfast" - genuinely where else can you get a custom omelette or a freshly made waffle - for free! We just love staying at this hotel.

Wanted to point out both Tammy and Marissa(housekeepers) failed to refill the shower gel and conditioner. I had to ask for shower gel yesterday and today there is no conditioner. Otherwise the stay was very nice and comfortable.Property is very modern and updated.Wish they had courtsey shuttle to the race course. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Great quick stay! We have stayed here before and will do so again! Close to all the action but tucked away from the busiest part of town.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Very nice facilities. Excellent location right off Broadway, within walking distance of the town center. We enjoyed the late afternoon receptions, the pool, and the excellent breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return if we are back in the area.

wE LOVED BEING ABLE TO WALK TO THE RACETRACK We loved having a pleasant walk to the racetrack - the park was lovely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and fun to be with. We loved the omelet man at the hotel breakfast and the choices were the best ever!! We had a great time and hope to return.
