All perfect! Sadly the pool was under maintenance, but everything else great! I recommend it if you work remotely and if not too!

THeir restaurant is poor.

We were very disappointed to find out the pool was unavailable for us to use as it was going under major repairs. As always it was a good stay the stay is alwaya very nice

Deben cuidar el mantenimiento de todas las áreas, ya que el baño turco estuvo fuera de servicio todo el tiempo de mi estadía cuando se ofrecía como servicio al momento de la reserva. De igual forma, cuidar el ruido dentro del hotel, es muy alto, debido a la ubicación del parqueadero y del área de psicina que están comunicadas con el área de las habitaciones, y no controlan el ruido que hacen los huéspedes dentro del área de habitaciones.

Un hotel con buena relación calidad precio, está bien, acorde al precio, el desayuno lo cierra a las 9 30 am pero en la publicidad dice que es hasta las 10

Good value for the price. Decent rooms, excellent staff. Noisy area, open window needed for ventilation.

This is a nice hotel for the location. I would not say it is in the best part of town and there is street noise but facilities overall are good. We stayed in two different occasions (family of 4); the first time the room was spacious, the second one it was not as good. Breakfast was included and it was good. The hotel had free parking which was a big plus for us. Overall nice hotel.

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel needs renovating but they are trying really hard with what they have. The mattress was like cement, I had a reservation for 4 nights, I left after the first.

mediocre, staff doesn't seem to care about being friendly, the only man that was nice was the guy cooking the eggs at breakfast.

En las habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle principal. El área del hotel está bien durante el día, pero por la noche es un poco solitario.

Zimmer und Bad könnten moderner eingerichtet sein. Fenster in meinem Zimmer war leider nicht isoliert, daher war der Straßenlärm und der vor dem Fenster angebrachte Ventilator zu hören. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück hervorragend

I’d stay here again if I came back to Bucaramanga!

I was not intending to spend as many nights in Bucaramanga as I did, but my car & mechanic had other ideas! There are a lot of things within walking distance of the hotel, there’s a 3 story mall where I was able to find some inexpensive cigars to enjoy by the rooftop pool along with a very reasonably priced cafe americano from the same mall & both on the first floor. I walked most places, took Uber when it was either too hot or raining, but I walked to & from an acupuncturist, a massage spot where I got a great price & I was able to get an hour long, very detailed, foot & hand massage. The hotel itself is nice, air conditioning worked well in my room, I was able to connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cord I travel with, the hot water & water pressure in the shower were great amenities I didn’t anticipate. The not so great: the design of the hotel is such that the 1st floor parking garage has openings above it that run all the way up to the 5th floor along some of the rooms, so when someone toots their horn, started their car, slammed a car door, talked loudly, etc, it was heard. Sometimes it was early in the morning, but for the most part it wasn’t that big of a deal, usually the sun was already up 😂 The rooftop pool is small, the steam room is a “by request only” situation & the handle is metal, so do with that what you will. The restaurant is pretty good, the complimentary eggs to order were tasty w/cilantro, salt & pepper added. The staff was consistently polite.
