部屋は清潔でベッドも広く快適でした。朝食は充実していて満足です。スタッフの方々も皆さん感じ良かったです。中央駅からは歩行者専用道路で行けるので散歩がてら歩いても楽しかったですが、地下鉄の駅もすぐ近くにあるのでロケーションも良いです。

We stayed at this hotel for four nights to visit the Christmas markets in and around Stuttgart. The location is very convenient, practically in the city center. We walked to all the markets, but only drove to the Mercedes Museum. The hotel has its own paid parking, which is recommended to reserve in advance, which we did, but we arrived one evening and found all the spaces taken. However, the man at reception (unfortunately, I didn't get his name) quickly helped us resolve this issue by telling us where we could park in the nearest lot. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were waived for three days of hotel parking, for which we are extremely grateful. The breakfasts are very good, and the rooms are comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good. Central but quiet. The room was a nice size. Loved the breakfast. I was missing a minibar to cool drinks. And I felt that the staff, although super friendly, didn’t keep track of the order. All in all was a nice stay.

Hôtel bien situé et très bien isolé phoniquement. Petit déjeuner varié même si un effort doit être apporter pour le réassort. Accueil très agréable. Parking mal indiqué mais sur.

Chambre propre et bien ammenagee. Une tres grande et belle salle de bain. Le petit dejeune est correcte, tout est bon. Par contre le quartier n est pas terrible sauf pour les fans de kebab.

Breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean and quite. They dont clean rooms everydat if you dont request it.

Ammeesta puuttui tulppa, luvattiin toimittaa kolmesti kahtena päivänä. Lopulta vaihdettiin huone pikku sviitiksi.

The friendly, professional and organized staff was everything at this hotel. The awesome staff helps one overlook the worn but clean and cared for spaces. We were a large and demanding group (20 people) but they treated us all fairly every time. In our experience this was the best service we have ever experienced travel with this world wide travel group for the past 20 years.

Good breakfast options and super friendly staff!

Pluspunten: centraal gelegen aan de rand van het centrum, algehele indruk is netjes en verzorgd, zowel algemene ruimtes als kamer. Ruime kamer met voldoende opbergruimte. Verbeterpunten: weinig eigen parkeerruimte, nogal warme kamer maar geen werkende airco en met de ramen open veel straatgeluid, water lekt onder de douchedeur door.

Bad Wifi. WIFI coverage is ok, but Router has DHCP / IP issues.
