Very nice property. No AC in any areas other than room and that would only get to 74 degrees Fahrenheit, even though we put it on 68 degrees. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Alexandro. Restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner.

Das einzig positive: Zimmer war sauber und groß. Negativ: 1. bis auf die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnte kaum ein Mitarbeiter im Service englisch sprechen, weder beim Frühstück, noch beim Abendessen. In einem internationalen Hotel, mit Fokus auf internationale Gäste ein No Go! 2. Service ist viel zu langsam. Wartezeit für 2 Getränke über 25min! 3. Servicepersonal fasst das Besteck am falschem Ende an, mit dem man das essen in den Mund nimmt. Mangelnde Hygiene! 4. Fehlendes Besteck an vielen Tischen im Frühstücksraum 5. Unvollständiges Besteck an den Tischen gedeckt (Löffel fehlen, Teetassen müssen vom Personal auf Anfrage aus dem Schrank geholt werden) 6. Nachfrage bzgl Sicherheit im Dunkeln/bei Nacht: Info der Rezeption: alles sicher, Antwort vom Concierge: nur westlich des Ausgangs ist sicher, östlich nicht. 7.

Shops like malls were nearby and food places. The hotel overall is nice, but it seemed as if they rushed to prepare my room and certain things seemed not so clean. I also did not really enjoy the food there

Internet was a bit slow but otherwise the hotel was excellent. Location was convenient with pleasant staff. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs if desired. The hotel is clean and modern.
