The rooms / bathrooms need a good cleaning and need to inspected before delivering them to the client . The service and food and employees are great !!

The bed was super comfortable, clean and lovely room. The breakfast was good. Pool was very nice. Location was good- all good.

The hotel and especially the rooms have seen better days. I was expecting a true boutique resort experience, but instead got a very average and run down property with mediocre service. I’d say that the hotel is in need of a very sharp day-to day manager to look at all the details. It seems to me that the property is not doing well financially and resources are limited, and that it is on auto pilot from a service and upkeep standpoint.

Dirty place. Same debris on stairs our entire stay. Booger with hair stuck to our room wall. Hair in bed. Breakfast well below average in quality exactly the same food every day. Breakfast staff interacted with us like they wished we would die.

La habitación el aire acondicionado estaba sucio para una persona con sinusitis o rinitis alérgica no se lo recomiendo porque es imposible dormir de esa manera y en cuanto al personal hubo 3 personas de mal agrado en mi estadía la gerente y dos personal de servicio.

The room was clean, fresh lining, staff very courteous all throughout the facility. Excellent service. Lots of open area.

El cuarto olía a humedad y el baño tenía moho. No pusieron suficientes toallas para la cantidad de huéspedes y el blower no funcionaba. El persona nos facilitó más toallas y otro blower, pero tuvimos que aguantar el olor a humedad y la suciedad del baño. Las instalaciones están muy bonitas y muy bien ubicadas.

Clean room, excellent staff. Food was excellent also. One advise: need to put larger TVs in the room. The distance from the bed to the TV makes it difficult to watch, and I believe those are the original TV's since I stayed there a few years ago and they're the same ones.

La camas del cuarto doble son muy pequeñas. Aunque que reserves para tres personas, solo tienen dos camas pequeñas, deberian tener por lo menos la opción de cama Queen y otra twin. Para el precio que estan cobrando, deberían tener más estructura. El precio realmente esta bien caro, especialmente en dias de fiestas en la zona.
