This was a great place to stay. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, ac and fan in room were great, staff is sooo helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shops and a small park/plaza and beach. We did taxi and bus to get around and was easy to catch from there out to wherever we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel location, property condition is grear and Clean.Parking is located at basement. Only problem is smart TV is not properly connected to WiFi so you wont be able to make use of the streaming apps

El lugar, las instalaciones, la limpieza y las habitaciones son muy buenas. Lo malo es la atención del personal para el check in, estaba de malas, enojada, me atendió seca y cortante.

La atención del personal, nunca me había sentido tan cómoda y super atendida como en esta ocasión. Una estancia totalmente recomendable

No me gustó el trato de un bell boy sobre todo al explicar el uso de la tarjeta en el elevador, bastante intolerante y grosero el señor

Stayed for 4 nights. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Ice cold A/C which is very important in Huatulco. Very walkable area close to restaurants and shops. Short and inexpensive cab ride to La Crucecita for great restaurants and shopping

The service in the restaurant was terrible, I ordered my food and my dessert never was served I was waiting 30 minutes and then I left the restaurant, I filled a complaint with a report with the reception. very bad experience
