I wouldn’t go back there again. Coming from US, I am used to good hospitality. I found the staff not so helpful! The hotel is so far away outside Zurich. Not well connected at all. Not good for tourists. For drinking water the staff asked me to go use the toilet. Horrible!!! The room was sooo stuffy. No air ventilation at all! No A/C. I don’t recommend!

Parfait hôtel très beau et bien calme

Clean big room , we had some chocolates and water as a welcome gifts. I liked their hospitability and attention to details, cool location close to Germany and 20 min to Zurich airport , helpful staff , I will go back again and recommend this hotel. Did not had breakfast or other meals so I dont know their food quality but overall my stay was 5/5. Thank you Riverside team :)

excellent breakfast

Everything was great, including the nice restaurant on the side of the river. The only issue we had was that Google Maps had wrong information about the main road to the hotel, it considered it non-drivable for some reason, and directed us on a long trip along the right side of the river, which included a portion of unpaved road. So stick to the left side of the river and you'll get there much faster on a paved road than crosses the river right near the hotel.

Upon leaving the hotel, the lady on reception opened the car exhibit just for us. It was hugely kind of her and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is clearly for the purpose of convention and business but they make this clear in the marketing. Even so, it was absolutely fine for our stay and a home base for checking out northern Switzerland

Sehr sauberes, familienfreundliches Hotel. Das Essen im Restaurant war richtig lecker und das Servicepersonal durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch mit Baby haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Preis-Leistung stimmt und absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Objekt, den Fluss hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht. Einzig etwas unschön ist die Sicht auf die Autobahnbrücke.
