The management (owners?) were very pleasant and helpful, as were all staff. The room was spacious and well prepared. The Hotel offered everything we wanted and was convenient for a short walk down to the Harbour at Horta, which was our main place to visit. Overall, extremely pleased with the quality and value the Hotel offered and provided. It is not a 5 star facility but clean, tidy, spacious and ideal for our stay on a budget. We would recommend this hotel.

Es un sitio básico para pasar un par de noches, sin lujos. Limpio y cómodo, bien ubicado y sin fomentar la ocupación de espacio contra los locales.

Personnel très agréable et attentionné. Pratique qu'il y ait une permanence sur une longue période à l'accueil. Chambre et hôtel correcte mais très vétuste et cher vu la "vieillesse" de l'établissement. Le pain du petit déjeuner était tultra sec. Etablissement très bien situé pour aller dans le centre ville (Horta) et à la plage à pied.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Chambre en excellent état et très propre. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Environnement moyen mais le prix le fait oublier.

Very short stay but very nice must come back again

Due to coved19 I needed a place to stay after just sailing across the Atlantic before I fly back to the UK. Hotel said they never got my reservation so was arrested by Portuguese police, NEVER AGAIN will I use hotels/booking.com

Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais les chambres sont grandes. Assez bruyant et pas d'eau chaude mais proche du port environ 10mn à pied.

Satisfaisant pour un court séjour. Ce n'est pas le grand confort mais les chambres sont grandes et propres. A proximité du centre ville (10mn), d'un restaurant et d'un supermarché. Le rapport qualité prix est donc justifié.

A residencial é muito simples, com mobília antiga, mas é suficientemente cómoda e está bem localizada. O pequeno almoço é muito pobre, mesmo tendo em conta a categoria do estabelecimento. Uma opção a ter em conta em época alta, quando o preço dos alojamentos na Horta está muito inflacionado, se o objetivo for apenas ter um sítio limpo e central para dormir. Destaco a seriedade de terem informado a hoteis.pt da nossa ausência na primeira noite.

Começou mal por um erro de reserva mas terminou de forma excelente. As pessoas são incansáveis na resolução de qualquer problema ou solicitação. Adorámos os funcionários. É uma hospedaria limpinha e familiar.
