Room was clean, beds comfortable but extremely musty smell.

Good location, quiet, with plenty of grass for your pet to relieve themselves. Breakfast included hot choices with eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy.

Great hotel great price. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was comfortable and clean. Place was quiet and non checkout was free. Great experience, will stay again.

The hotel was great value for the price. Staff was very helpful and everything was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be staying with them if I need a hotel in the area.

I like the Secluded property ... there was little traffic. The maintainance needs work ... The door to the pool did not work properly nor did the door to entrance #2. In the morning the 2nd door was fixed.

The place was quite clean. Staff were polite. Bed was decently comfortable. No major issues. For the low price I'd definitely stay again. Bonus: breakfast served 6am-10am every day. I find that end time refreshingly late, at least compared to most hotels. Some things to be aware of - there's no elevator to the second floor, so you'll either want to request the first floor or carry your bags. The pool is open but was somewhat popular on the weekend. It's in a central courtyard, with windows facing what turned out to be several loud children on the weekend. Next time I stay I'll request a second floor room not facing the pool because I value quiet more than I dislike stairs. The claw game in the lobby is rigged.

Great price point for the room Not a new property but still very well kept

Traveling with a pet you are always given the worst of rooms. I walked into #143 and it smelled of cat urine. Asked to be moved and staff graciously assigned me to #139 which smelled clean. This room was decent but the wood under the fridge had been previously chewed on.

My stay was during a heat wave. When I entered my room, the thermostat on the air conditioner was set at 61°, and the room was cool. But what I didn't initially notice was that it was damp. When I set the thermostat back on a more comfortable temperature, it became more apparent that it simply was not removing moisture from the air. On the day of my departure, after a two night stay, my clothing felt damp, as I put it on. Issue reported to front desk, but the desk staff said they don't know how they would fix it. Also, the attached car dealerships have cars being picked up in the middle of the night, which can be noisy for sleep. It also makes accessing the hotel a bit strange, I've never had to go through a parking lot of a car dealership, to get to a hotel.

The room was old and beat up. There were stains on the chair and the bathroom shower leaked after it is shut off. In the morning there were no plates for breakfast.

Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. Rooms are in poor shape. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. Very much in need of an update. Hot items for breakfast were cold. Just keep driving.

The customer service at the front desk was great, but the place itself needs a lot of work. It’s very rundown and outdated. There were stains on the chairs, the paint is peeling off the walls, and the carbon monoxide detector wasn’t working. The shower pressure was great, but water kept dripping from the pipe all night. The toilet also ran continuously and didn’t function properly. We only stayed there at night since we were in town for a wedding. The carpet was in terrible condition and felt strange to walk on. On a positive note, the beds and breakfast were good!

Upon check in no one was at the front desk. Found a bell that was hidden behind a sign, rang it and still no one answered. Waited about ten minutes for a young women to come to the front. Told her we needed to check in and asked how she was. She said not good and that she was hot and aggravated because her “ba——- cheap boss” and that she just had to move things out of extra rooms that were typically storage rooms to have ready for guests because other rooms AC had gone out and the door locks weren’t working. Her rant was long and impressive for someone trying to check in to her hotel, I finally asked if we should honestly just go elsewhere. She did respond no that it would be fine. So we got room keys not anticipating this to go well. First impressions the room was clean to everything you can see. Opened the kitchenette cabinet doors to find sacks of groceries from previous guests that had been expired for months. Meaning no one had been in that cabinet in gosh knows how long. We booked a room with a king and a sleeper sofa. No one expects sleeper sofas to be fabulous but this was BAD. No one except an exhausted child could sleep on this thing. 100% pure springs. Reservation listed two adults and two kids. Bag of bedding for the sleeper sofa only had one pillow. Went to the front office to ask for a second and was told there weren’t any. Seriously? Location was great, property has good bones but needs an overhaul and a new night checkin from the one we had.

Room was clean. All the front desk clerks were good and helpful. Pool was nice. Hotel in general was clean.

We liked the suite. Our final room the air conditioner didn't work. Thankfully we were able to move to another room.

Nice clean and convenient

My room was on the first floor at the end of a hall. The hall stunk. The outside entrance from the parking lot across from my room had the lock removed so there was just an open hole where the key once was so anyone could enter. There was a wooden rod in my window sill to prevent someone from entering from the outside through my window. The bedding was stained, the chairs were torn. Horrible! Stayed 45 minutes and left---was not safe or secure location. I don't understand how it was rated so well by others!!!
