Hotel bem localizado, equipe muito atenciosa e cordial. Apartamento espaçoso, silencioso. Ótimas amenidades, bom café da manhã. O saguão do hotel é um pouco tumultuado, mas não atrapalha em nada. Tem opção de estacionamento pago, porém não fica dentro do Hotel, não é difícil acessar. Por se tratar de uma praça, não dá para para o carro em frente, mas o recepcionista organiza bem isso

Beautiful building in a great area of Porto

We spent 4 days here and thought our room was just perfect (superior room with city view). Spacious, comfortable and clean. Good location. Nice breakfast buffet. Can’t fault it.

Beautiful location for this 4 star hotel. Easy access to central Porto everywhere you want to go . The staff is super nice and very helpful. We stayed 6 nights and the hotel included breakfast buffet. we celebrated my birthday the staff prepared a surprise morning cake with a candle and the entire hotel guests joined in to sing me happy birthday. The same night when we returned to our room we found a complementary bottle of bubbly and birthday cake the second plate . Sara was my contact at the hotel and she was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Cannot wait to return here soon Thank you the entire staff .

Spa and pool were closed during my stay March 28,29 and 30th 2025. Do not stay there if you have a car. Parking is at sister hotel a few blocks away but hard to drive to. No coffee available. You have to get breakfast for 20 something Euros There is a new reasoning room They would not give me just a cup of coffee Flea market in front of hotel Friday and Sat. Dirty outside of hotel. Would not stay there again

El personal de recepción 2 chicas muy atentas Sin embargo el hecho que no hay servicio de ballet es verdaderamente un gran error 4 mujeres con 4 maletas grandes, el hotel no tiene un lugar cerca de la puerta y tener que cargar y jalar las maletas una calle ancha fue un gran problema Luego el establecimiento lejos Y que nosotras teníamos que estacionar y caminar Por supuesto NO. regresamos ni lo recomendáremos

Hotel lovely, but first room was not great, couldn’t sleep for noise of air conditioning units outside. We were moved but to a smaller room.
