Buen hotel

Over all it was ok, however there were some issues that I believe should be addressed. The sidewalk in front of the room had a Lot of trash. It didn’t look good. The shower was missing half the glass door, apparently they never attempted to replace it. The breakfast was cold, the chilaquiles plate only had 5 tortilla chips, very little. Thank God I wasn’t very hungry. My coffee cup was cracked and missing a piece on the rim. That should’ve been thrown away. But I didn’t say anything I just continued using it. The good thing is that the room was clean and there was no noise. And it was only one night. At least we rested well.

The receptionist honored our request for a specific side of the property. We parked right in of our room. The bed was firm. Had a refrigerator/ microwave & coffee pot with water bottles. We’ll be back😘

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Del Rio. Ericka Patron was very courteous, attentive and such a pleasure to interact with. She made me and my whole family feel very welcome and made our stay very enjoyable. With her hospitality along with the hotel amenities such as the pool and dining I will definitely be returning for future stays.

Habitación muy limpia y personal amable yo me quedé habitaciones donde podía quedarse mi pet conmigo me volvería a quedar solo me quedé una noche porque iba de paso

Se podría mejorar la limpieza el inmueble se nota descuidado es notable la falta de mantenimineto y limpieza, al habitación estaba sucia de polvo y las alhumadas muy deterioradas, no dan muchas ganas de regresar, aun que si el personal del restaurante es muy atento.

Todo bien, la primera noche un tanto ruidosa desde la habitación continua, y la última encontramos al regresar la puerta que conecta con la otra habitación estaba abierta, la limpieza y el personal fue excelente, el desayuno complementario fue muy bueno también.

The staff is so… friendly. Have a unique kindness about them. Can park right in front of your room. Navajo is our half way point in our travels. We will stay at the Del Rio again.

Lugar aunque muy bello, descuidado el servicio que prestan, habitaciones que requieren remodelación y un exceso de mosquitos tuvimos que comprar insecticida y salirnos un tiempo para que se pudiera estar en ellas

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was high class. Good TV. Nice to have a mini fridge. Breakfast was free and very good. Pool was clean and not too warm. We were able to have our dog with us.

Nos acabos de hospedar, la verdad rentamos una habitación doble íbamos 2 adultos y dos niños, las camas super chiquitas solo cabe una persona tuve que rentar otra habitación, las puertas de los baños sin seguro y una de ellas no cerraba, no servía , las almohadas súper duras 😕 no me volvería a hospedar ahí.
