Clean room, excellent housekeeping customer service, definitely recommend it!!!

Clean, safe, spacious, convenient & perfect for what we needed. Not to mention having a refrigerator is a huge bonus when traveling in Guatemala. The only minor down side was how hard the pillow was but overall, it was a great stay!

The staff were very friendly and cordial. The hotel well kept and clean. The room was big, clean, pretty, all amenities working and with air conditioning. I definitely will book it again in the future.

We stayed for 5 days and loved the one bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. The kitchen was lovely and well equipped for stay-in cooking. The area is very safe and walking distance to museums, the zoo, and the Oakland mall. Lots of good restaurants around. They take good care of the property (clean) and the door men were very nice and helpful.

Safe and Central location, and friendly staff. Couch looked a little run down but overall the apartment was clean and convenient.

Breakfast each morning was a delight, with delicious eggs and fresh vegetables, perfectly complemented by my favorite espressos. Very clean, spacious, and felt very safe!

Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!
