Hotel in a very nice old building. My single room was a bit smelly, it was probably a smoker's room some years ago. In general, everything was ok, great location on a nice square, easy to find a parking spot.

Hôtel très bien situé en hyper centre avec accueil très sympathique et parking gratuit sur la grand’place de 18:00 à 09:00 (+1 heure gratuite si souhaite). Je xoerience de l’ascenseur à vivre ;-)

The location is fantastic! Couldn't be more central. Parking on the Grand place is free for the 1st hour. Room was basic and decor a bit...dated but the staff was really professional, helpful and really friendly. The room was really clean.

Remember whether you paid for breakfast when you booked!

Emplacement ideal. Insonorisation à revoir peut être. Petit dejeuner correct dommage qu'il n'y ai avec le bacon pas d'oeufs brouillés.....

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel magnifique, situé dans un bâtiment historique. On a l’impression d’être dans un conte. La vue sur la place est très belle et les nuits sont calmes. L’établissement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur du centre-ville, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

C’est un endroit apaisant avec le charme ancien. Une vraie découverte pour nous et c’était un super moment. L’accueil, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, les échanges tout est parfait ! Je pense que c’est un hôtel incontournable à faire si on passe une nuit sur Arras.
