The whole process of booking, booking in & departing was simple, quick & well organised. Staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious, clean & conveniently placed. I liked that the room had no steps & an acccessible bathroom & would've served well for people with disabilities. The Quality Inn is conveniently situated next to a Hotel that served decent, affordable food. It was a great stay. I would recommend it.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. The rooms are not modern but are impeccably clean, large, and very comfortable. I will continue to stay here for my regular visits to Penrith.

Room was older but very clean. Receptionist very friendly. Cleaning lady very helpful and courteous. Great value would definitely stay again

Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious, and clean. Hungry Jack just 2 mins walk and Red rooster across the road easy.

Large spacious room, good shower, good bed & nice & clean. Easy quick check in. Not real sound proof, we could hear next doors conversation going on till very late.

The reception service was very welcoming and helpful, I arrived a bit early and he checked to see if my room had already been made up so I could drop my gear. The room, although dated was clean and tidy

Love that I could park outside my room! Cleanliness was amazing. Food at the pub was superb! Only complaint was the flat pillows. But overall very good for a quick kids sport in Sydney stay!
