Good location for a business trip, but not for a sea vacation

Hôtel pratique et propre. Bien situé vers la gare centrale de Varna et proche du grand parc de la ville. Bonne expérience. Accueil et petit déjeuner correct.

Die Ausstattung ist gut allerdings hätten wir uns Stühle oder mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer gewünscht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert.

Centralt hotell, hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Frukost buffe, bulgariska rätter. Stora rum, när till allt.

front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax.

Room was very nice and large. The robes were a nice touch. Breakfast was great with many items to choose from.

Very good hotel, walking distance to the centre of Varna

We selected Aqua Varna because of it's location close to restaurants at the port and the centra pedestrian area. The cost was reasonable for the quality of the hotel and it had on site parking. The hotel restaurant was good and the staff were very helpful. Well done AQUA

Great location, clean room. Nothing more you could want.

If you are on business and need internet service, forget it! Internet on the 6th floor is nearly non existent and drops frequently! The only place that has decent internet is in the lobby. I was ready to sleep on the couch in the lobby.

Hotel overpriced, more of 2 star than 4. WiFi wasn’t working in the room but in the corridors was ok, 2 paper cups in the rooms, instead of actual cup or glass, hotel hosting occasionally events which caused loud noise in the room until very late in the evening. Rooms very specious, clean and staff was very friendly.
