Room had no hot water, no safe and no WiFi, other than that it wasn’t too bad.

Good experience overall! Staff friendly and helpful. Nice pool and balcony. The rooms could be a bit cleaner.

Super nette Gastgeber ,freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Zimmer wurde nach Wunsch immer gereinigt.Pool sehr sauber .Das Essen war grossartig..Sehr nah zum Strand..In der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten..Wir hatten super Urlaub und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Overall nice experience but location is bit secluded

First of all don't book online anywhere in goa, the prices are much higher. The beds were thin dirty cots cots covered in ratty sheets, nothing like the pictures. There is no hot water during the night because it is a solar system. The included breakfast was disappointing - one omlete and one toast with tea or coffee. The room was relatively clean though other than the beds.

Bad review, Waste of price I have booked 2400 rs. Room bt i dnt get proper working ac Pool is at inconvenient place that all family members can not swim in that In that room u dnt get even water

The photos on website is a misleading. I have stayed in much better rooms at this rate

My room looked rundown and well used. The bed had no top sheet and the bedding looked old. Same could be said of the towels. The cleanliness of the room was minimal. The Internet was intermittent. Furniture was lacking and what was there looked neglected. The property need some upkeep too!

It was nice stay...location of hotel is convenient to visit all the places of goa. Its good option if u want basic comforts at reasonable price . interior of all rooms are not same. AC rooms are better than non ac rooms. Swimming pool was clean and maintained. Nature of Mr Domnik is very helpful which made my tour easy and enjoyable...would like to visit again.

The hotel was not as per the images we saw on site. There was only toilet paper & 25 gm soap in the name toiletries. Food was very costly and location of resort is off the road.
