The cabin was dirty, dirty towels and blankets. The location was too far from the main entrance, without car the distance to the main street or downtown was very distance. When I rented the cabin, they never told me what the cabin locatin ...the first night when we arrive , there was no hot water, we called the office but nobody answered. The furniture was too old .

La cabaña estaba sucia

The house was very clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean, we got enough towels. The rooms were very roomy, a bit hot since there is no a/c or ceiling fans. The shower has a good pressure however its very difficult to regulate the right temperature, everyone complained that the upstairs bathroom was very hot water and couldnt regulate. So everyone opted to shower in the downstairs bathroom with was easier to manage the water temperature. The kitchen was well equipped, however out of the 4 mugs only 2 functioned, since the other 2 were cracked and leaked from the bottom. And there was only 1 knife and the utensils were very limited, kind of odd since the cabin is meant for 12 people, so they should have enough stuff to cook and serve at least 12 people.

Primero me dieron una sin tele funcionando y después de reclamar me dieron una con wifi porque les dije que por eso la rente ! Cucarachas y telarañas pero con internet y TV. Por cable camas duras y viejas. Esta bien pero le falta mantenimiento a huele a gas ! Me dieron la 4 y primero la 2;.

Cómoda, tranquila, agradable. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas, el único detalle solo serían detallitos como la humedad en el baño Buen precio, cence de la zona centro y muy tranquilas, las recomiendo ☺️

Property was ok . Did have some minor problems with the rain that caused but staff was prompt in fixing . Cabin was a little out dated .

No había agua caliente hablamos con la recepción y ya tuvimos pero nos quedamos sin agua.

Mala experiencia, está aplicación cambio de Monteverde a lomas verdes, mi culpa por no prestar atención, pero creo es abuso tengan cuidado..

Excelente ubicación

Se entiende que es una cabaña pero totalmente se ve como una cabaña de miedo eso si tiene los utensilios para cocinar un poco en mal estado pero están refrigerador enfría bien y micro en buen estado la tele algo vieja y la camas súper incómodas no puedes descansar la taza del baño muy mal ubicada y sumamente chico el espacio moho en el techo de los baños y sucios

Todo excelente el único detalle fue que no había agua caliente, se tuvo que notificar a recepción y ya ellos acudieron a encender el boiler de las cabañas al rededor

Necesitan cambiar los colchones, se siente en resorte, y los baños apenas sale agua, deben de darle más mantenimiento

Cabaña lo que le sigue de fría, ni un calentador, te prestan cobijas muy delgadas. No tiene cortinas así que a tempranas horas te despierta la luz del sol. Salía agua caliente 1 minuto y luego ya salía fría así que fue imposible bañarse.
