ウェルカムサービス、スタッフの接客が素晴らしい。ひさしぶりにおもてなしの精神が感じられて、最高だった。

二泊いたしましたが、お食事がとても良いです。

概ね素晴らしかったが、お風呂のお湯の温度が熱く感じた。もう少しぬるい方が良い。

設備は少し古かったですが、全て清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。トイレなどに匂い袋があり、香の香りがほんのり香ってきて、とてもよかったです。

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The English speaking ladies were kind and patient with all of us. One was able to reserve a van to take us back to Shin-Osaka, with all of our luggage. Plus…the view of the river, in the traditional tatami room was beautiful.

My family and i loved the place and enjoyed the traditional japanese living experience. It was a great experience for my parents that have never seen what japanesw culture was about and i highly recomend this place to others that tp escape osaka by 40 minutes and enjoy a quiet experience.

This 800-year-old ryokan was truly a great experience! I wish we were able to spend more time at this specific hotel during our trip. From the yukata to the breakfast and even the hot springs! I can't say enough great things about this hotel.

Beautiful room for a more traditional Japanese style. The room is a bit less modernized due to this so less outlets are available.

古き良き旅館でありつつ、施設も手入れされており、泉質も申し分なく、風呂上がりの黒豆茶も美味しくいただきました。 朝食で頂いた鯛の塩焼きが食べ応えがあり 満足のいく内容でした。

Great location - barely 2 blocks away from the train station. The host, Sugita, that greeted us was fluent in English! She was very hospitable and gave us information/recommendations around the area. The mall across the bridge has many cute stores and food to check out. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. We got a room with a private onsen, facing the water - beautiful view. Strongly recommend!

I had a lovely first experience at this onsen. The receptionists were hospitable, and the food we had at the restaurant was amazing.

スタッフ皆様の「おもてなし」がいきとどいた素敵なホテルでした。贅沢な時間となりました。全館、お香の香りや水琴の音に癒されました。きれいにされていて、たくさん工夫をされているホテルだと思います。またぜひ伺いたいです。

家族旅行で利用させていただいて、赤ちゃんもいたのですがバウンサーやおむつ用のゴミ箱があったりしてとても助かりました。 夕食や朝食も満腹になるまでの量があり、大変満足しました。 またお風呂に関しても予約が必要なのだと思われる家族風呂もありたまたまタイミングが良く入ることもできました。 スタッフの対応もとても良くしていただきました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
