Bien ubicado

Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town

Buen hotel con alberca climatizada.

Holiday Inn Express Pachuca by IHG is a solid hotel overall. The property is clean, and the staff is attentive and courteous. Onsite parking is available, which is very convenient for guests arriving by car. There are a few details that could be improved. The ice machine works, but it has an “out of order” sign on it. When I mentioned this at the front desk, I was told the sign is meant to keep children away, but in practice it discourages all guests from using it. Another small but noticeable issue is that the envelopes used for the room key cards are reused many times, to the point that they look quite worn. My running joke was that the hotel seems to have an emotional attachment to a piece of paper. Guests are also provided with only one key card, and there is a charge if it is lost. Overall, it is a good and reliable option, but a bit more attention to these details would improve the guest experience.

Habitación limpia, alberca un poco fría aún techada y climatizada , restaurante limpio con alimentos frescos y variados

Habitación muy amplia y en buen estado. El desayuno sin duda fue lo mejor de la estancia. Está muy completo, hueco y frijoles caliente. Se disfrutó. Recomiendo este hotel por el mismo precio de otros incluye el desayuno y las instalaciones están de 10’ !!

La limpieza tardaban un poco en hacerla

Todo estuvo biem a excepcion de que tieme alfombras en todo , habitaciones y pasillos, y esto ocasiona alergias y acaros

En general bien. Lo único que no me gustó fue que al final del dia quisimos quedarnos con el equipo en las areas comunes para platicar pasar el rato y repasar pero nos dijeron que no se podía.

La habitación excelente! Si debo ayudar a mejorar aún más, en la habitación 615 al abrir la llave del lavabo, salía con mucha presión y salpicaba todo. Pero en general, el servicio, el restaurante, comida, todo muy bien. Fue estancia de 1 sola noche pero sin duda, regresaremos ahí cuando debamos estar más días. El personal atendió rápido a nuestras peticiones.
