Todo bien si compran paquetes lo único que no t hacen válido los desayunos en los niños, lo tienes que pagar aparte

It is a quaint historical, three storey hacienda that could do with an upgrade. Very limited electrical outlets in the rooms and bedding is quite worn. Location is very good with walking distance to Zocalo, Cathedral,Templo de Santo Domingo and the three vehicle free walking streets of restaurants, shops, bars and bakeries. Be sure to save a lot of time to peruse the artisans markets (100's) around the Templo de Santo Domingo.

La habitacion era adecuada para la estancia, el lugar esta excelente y en buena ubicacion, el lobby tiene buenas ameninades, la limpieza fue buena.

The rooms are cold, dress warm especially at night! It's a great sleep otherwise and very quiet considering its central location.

Everything was very clean, neat and tidy. The location is also very good and within walking distance of all the historical attractions and the popular food- shopping streets. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Fue el mejor servicio que recibimos durante nuestra estancia en el destino turísticoen cuanto al personal.

Seamos claros, es probable que haya mejores hoteles en la zona pero este en especial cumple muy bien su cometido ya que la ubicación es perfecta (puedes moverte caminando a cualquier lado) y un punto que quiero recalcar fue la atención que recibimos, ya que a pesar de tener un par de problemas en nuestra habitación, nos hicieron un cambio sin costo e inclusive a un cuarto más grande y con mejores servicios. Los costos son muy justos y en conclusión, me volvería a quedar aquí. Punto a mejorar sería el restaurante pero tampoco es algo crítico

Las habitaciones muy viejas mal estado no son como en las fotos, muy pequeñas. Muy buena ubicacion y estacionamiento

El hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado , las habitaciones limpias , lo unico que no nos gusto es que daban a un pasillo miy transitado cerca del restaurate lo cual ocacionaba mucho ruido

Beautiful and peaceful. It was cold in the wintertime but I believe this was normal for buildings in San Cris. I loved this stay. Being able to park in the parking lot was convenient too.

Es un hotel cómodo, tiene lo necesario para descansar. Hay internet, TV en la habitación y está limpio. Único detalle; invitar a otros huéspedes y al personal de limpieza a disminuir el ruido que generan. Todo lo demás excelente.

The employees are very helpful. They need to move the restaurant to the front of the property; it's very hidden.

El hotel se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación. Tienes el centro, restaurantes y tiendas a unos minutos caminando. El staff se portó increíble, nos recomendó lugares para comer y visitar. La habitación muy agradable, limpia y bonita.
