Positives: Quiet and clean. Not sure at what price point actual bedding should be expected. This room was $180 plus tax. Two sheets and a light blanket were the “bedding”. The room was quiet both nights, I was surprised there was no coffee available in the mornings. My only negative is the lack of bedding.

Clean but needs updated

Quik and easy to book..price was ok and there were rooms last minute i think with more up to date furniture , appliances and tv it would be really nice

Very disappointed. We called the front desk because at 11:30pm a wedding party was blasting music at the pool and jumping in with clothes on. They were rude and said too bad the party has contracted to use the pool. The question remains why did you sell us a room that looks out onto the pool. Secondly the property advertised free breakfast. When I went for breakfast the dining area was for wedding party only. The front desk said again too bad they contracted. Facilities have not been updated in thirty years and mold in the bathtub. Drive a little further away for a better night sleep and less rude hosts.

A freshing up of the rooms would make this perfect. Rooms are gently agreed. I stay here every year for a conference and will continue.

The place was very appealing. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was clean . We were surprised that maid service came in & made the bed ect. as this doesn't always happen nowdays . There was no microwave in the room and breakfast was not available on site .

I stayed in a nice suite room that for some reason was the same price as a regular one, when I booked it. It was nice and quiet, and relaxing. My only issue was I was really hoping to take a bath, but I couldn't get the stopper to actually stay down, and it wouldn't fill the tub, so I had to throw away the bath products I brought with me. I probably could have called about it, but it felt too much like a first world problem to complain about. I just thought I'd warn bath enjoyers. Otherwise it was a clean and comfortable room, In fact I think I might come back and stay again someday. I felt like I was one of probably 3 guests in the whole hotel on Monday night, which to me is as good as it gets.

The poor experience started when I called to let the hotel know I’d be checking in late. The staff person was abrupt. When I actually checked in the person was ambivalent and unfriendly. The facility does not seem like anything has been updated in over 30 years. It is very dated and worn. There were very few people in the hotel. Reminded me of “The Shining” movie. The rooms were not the cleanest and I did not have any cleaning service the 3 nights I was there. Run don’t walk from this property.

My room was immaculate and well decorated. A great and comfortable stay.

The hotel is very outdated and smell of mold in most parts of the hotel. The pillows not good and bathroom, you could hear every flush. Not the best value for a one night stay.

For the most part, my stay was good. My suite was large and good. The hotel is a little dated and dark in terms of ambient lighting. Dark rugs and curtains and low level lights. The room next to me on my second night must have been part of a wedding and came back around 11p and talked very loudly and laughed with a couple other people for about four hours. It was disruptive but I chose to deal with it and not call the front desk to complain.

I used Expedia to book my room for 2 night. When I check into the hotel they need a card for incidentals for $25 per night. When i see my charge it was for $174. They receptionist told me it was the 3rd party apps fault but I showed her that i paid for 2 nights and that they told me the charge for for incidentals only. They never told me about the extra night I needed to pay for

Outdated, no fridge in our room, and garbage can in room has trash left in it.

I am sure this hotel was elegant in its day. And the room itself felt okay...perhaps a little worn...and a little too dark..with not many outlets for today's tech stuff. The air conditioning seemed difficult to manipulate. We were glad to have coffee available...would have been nice to just be able to have breakfast there..but not available. The staff were very kind, nice and helpful. It was very close to our wedding venue site so that was awesome.

Staff up front was very good. Maid sitting in our room on her phone was not ok. Noone gave us clean towels like I thought they would.

Most beautiful pool in the world birthday party for our 5 year old stayed a week every day is perfect here
