熊本県側の温泉、大分県側の温泉、送迎バスで行く別館の露天風呂。 とても良かったです。 スタッフがとても親切で気持ちよかったです。 食事も美味しかったです。 ビールも上手に注いでくれて美味しかったです^ - ^

レストラン入り口に立つ人間（サービスマン）のレベルが低い。その時の対応がマニュアル通りで臨機応変に対応出来ず客に不快感を与える

정말 만족스러운 투숙이었어요. 직원분들도 정말 친절하고, 온천시설 훌륭하고, 조석식 부페음식이 다양하고 모두 맛있었어요~! 아름다운 산과 계곡의 공기좋은 곳에서 느긋하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

Though the hotel is a little old but overall the service was excellent. Room is spacious and clean.

附近難買日常用品、晚餐。

Not satified with the room selection. Reserved two bed room from hotels.com but got a Japanese style dakumi floor without any bed.

お部屋をグレードアップして頂き、静かにのんびり過ごせました。 15時にチェックイン出来た事もあり、露天風呂も独り占め出来ました。

It is a large hotel with few hot springs you can choose, very relaxing and good services. Absolutely recommend and will come next time!

오랜만에 넓은 방에서 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 조식 및 석식 뷔페가 다른 숙소에 비해서 월등히 좋았습니다. 옆에 개울 흐르는 소리도 휴식에 도움이 됩니다.
