Staff were lovely, location great. Room sheets were clean mattress and doona stained and old and constant breeze through window when closed.

My room was at the back of the property, so was quiet & I was woken by birdsong in the morning. Excellent shower. Plenty of parking. Maccas was next door, Gosford RSL was a short walk down the street Room was tired but clean. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Surprisingly quiet given the location near a busy road. It meets expectations for a budget hotel. Beds very comfortable.

I would say need to upgrade things. No electric Power Point beside the bed! No closet to hang the clothes. Even a small closet would be a winner and adding soap, milk in the fridge in the container before customers arrive would appreciate , because we running out of soap this morning.

Rooms very small, no lift, drainage problem in the shower, and not very clean

Ibis was really clean, and you paid for what you got. Staff very friendly.

It was good accommodation for the price.

I booked accommodation for a number of guys working, power went off in one of the rooms, I had to move one guy into another hotel for the second night. Couldn't get any response from the Ibis re refund or reason for the power outage

The hotel room was full of mosquitos and sewer flies. Old cobwebs all over the cornices. The mirror was dirty and broken. The room hears everything around it.You can hear sirens and McDonald's drive through. Otherwise the staff was lovely.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was already unpleasant. Then, in the middle of the night, we were woken up by a couple fighting so loudly it felt like they were in our room. Definitely not a restful stay. It was a terrible night.

In a good position to nearby things easy access in n out

The twin room me n my son had was definitely to small, with 2 single beds was good BUT there was no room to move I had to push the bed over to the wall so we couldv walk between the beds, my son found a few pills on the floor just under the bed, lucky he was old enough to not put them in his mouth, the coffee mugs were dirty, the carpets were not cleaned, n the bathroom was clean etc but the shower had no like base etc to catch the water so water went all over the floor n out under the door onto the carpet

The place is a good place if you are looking for a budget accommodation. Stayed for one night so not too bad.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, easy to check in and well priced. Property could be a little cleaner and bathroom could’ve had an actual shower frame instead of just curtains but not the worse thing to happen and overall was a good stay!
