Fntastic view of pier and beach from room

Only slept in the room as at party elsewhere, shower tepid and very under powered

This property was poorly maintained, shower fitting loose nearly falling of the wall ! Plug sockets loose , a very noisy flush toilet. The cupboards were poor quality, very basic!

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the park, pier and sea. It was very clean with a huge walk-in wardrobe. Good value for money.

Sea view room with great view of pier. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely bar area with plenty of choice. Terraced outside area is fabulous.

Rooms were perfect nice and clean staff very friendly brilliant location would definitely visit again

the parking is very limited breakfast was lovely room was loveley and warm. shower was too be desired could not get hot water very close to the main road so could here all traffic late at night very noisey other guests at 2am up and down the stairs

Hotel was absolutely fine for a short weekend stay, friendly polite staff

Parking is limited and a car was parked at the entrance of the carpark making it difficult to park . Then on leaving the carpark Wetherspoons had cages blocking the exit. Rooms were very clean but for the price i would have thought shower gel and shampoo would be included but the hotel did provide soap. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Neglected hotel and dirty room

Bar was ok but service was slow sometimes one on bar room wasnt sea view but ground floor which suited me one lift very small could only take 2 people

Very happy with the room, the view and the good service from a really nice family run hotel. I will certainty return

Hotel in need of major update, shower leaked, shower head post fell of if touched it to move shower head, bed head board not fixed and resting on window. Booked two nights left after one. Room also dirty, cotton bud left on bathroom floor. On the plus the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful as tv didn't work and she got fixed, shower was actually also very nice hot and powerful.

First room we were given had seriously loads of issues. But after a conversation with reception we were given a better room and given a bottle of wine.

Staff very pleasant but our room 405 had a terrible drainage smell when we run the tap in the sink. Would request a room nearer next time it was a long walk to our room
