Considering the location, "on the highway," the price isn't too high, the hotel service is very friendly, and the food in the restaurant is recommendable. Regarding the room, I have a few comments: first of all, the bed and mattress, which clearly have been through a lot and could tell more than one story. Regarding the bathroom, the shower has no choice: it pours water on your head or you don't shower. The only option is a downpour. The drain clogs in seconds, so if you plan on taking a long, hot shower, you have to be prepared for the water flooding your room. In my opinion, the friendly service and good food mostly earn a 6 out of 10.

Very heavy cheap perfume odour every where at the hotel, not for allergics!! Waitresses at restaurant were more interested in i-pads than customers.

We loved our time at Artis Loft! It was in a convenient location and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast provided each morning, and having the option to eat at the restaurant on site was convenient for us. We will be back!

For some reason our reservation was booked for the wrong day in the hotels own system, but the receptionist saved the situation very well and we got the last available room for our family. Service was great and the relaxing spa after driving the whole day was perfect!

This hotel was a disappointment. I booked a family loft room but it looked nothing like the pictures. Breakfast time is until 10am, but they stopped refilling the buffet at about 9:30, so by 9:40 most of the buffet was empty. Good way to save money for the hotel, but pulls the experience down. Really bad value for the price paid.

Obsuga hotelowa bardzo pomocna. Wspaniałe jedzenie. Pobyt w tym hotelu uważam, za udany. Chociaż, był mały problem z rezewacją pokoju. Z pewnością polecę znajomym.
