It said the pool was open in April and it was not open at the end of April. We chose this property because it had a pool and we didn’t get to use it.

There seems to be a lack of maintenance on the property. Toilet paper holder broken in bathroom. Kitchener counter and cabinets were not cleaned. We left the room cleaner than when we arrived. Staff at check out didn’t seem to care about our dissatisfaction nor did she take note of issues shared.

Everything was great. There was a little mold in the shower. Otherwise, the room was very clean and spacious. The girl at the desk was very nice. Would stay again.

The bathroom was not cleaned very well before we got there. The toilet did not flush properly. The ice machine did not work. The walls need repainted. All small things. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient to the base

I was disappointed the pool wasn’t open because I traveled with family. The refrigerator was very loud. Room 220 I called it to their attention but nobody came. I stayed 4 days but they did redeemed themselves because I had to extend my stay and they helped me stay in same room and refunded me for a double booking I did just to stay there an extra day.

There was only one ice machine on property and for the 3 nights we were there it never worked. It was fair overall. Convenient to the base which is why we were in town;however, the drive to downtown was less than 10 minutes where there were better hotels, restaurants, and river front activities. We would have stayed there had we known better.

Very hospitable staff and room was clean and well equipped. AC was ready for me and great price.

Overall, it wasn't terrible... The elevator and hallways were super hot. The door to our room was broken? They had a bathroom towel wedged into the upper right corner, otherwise the door wouldn’t shut properly. Not the most safe or secure… There was mold in the shower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was extremely basic.

I was there for 5 nights. No one cleaned my room the whole stay. I had to take out the trash and set it outside my door. I did not expect daily service but didn’t get any. Staff was excellent. Gym was great. Dryers did not work. Elevator was never wiped down. Overall, great location with Wal Mart and Wendy’s across the street.

All is well

Upon arrival no blankets on the beds. Unclean room, bugs on the floor, dirty sheets(found hair and other nasty things in the sheets). Asked for a different room, however was told hotel was booked. Called Hotels.com and found all other hotels in the area were also booked. Slept in my clothes on top of the blanket that was given to me. No other option was given. Booked a non-refundable room so could not cancel.

the rooms were perfect, spacious and clean. refrigerator, sink and great storage. thank you. Breakfast was also a plus, very good and variety. Also everyone was very helpfull and nice

Was satisfied

This property was terrible!!! Came here for a military weekend and would not recommend it for ANYONE!! Had to call the police to get a refund and the staff sucked! Poor staff customer service and the rooms were terrible. Dirty bathrooms, hair and crumbs in the bed, stains on the pillows. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We stayed there for 2 nights in April when our daughter was graduating from the Army. This place needs a lot of work and a good cleaning. Our room was not very clean. the floor was dirty and the walls had stains. The bathroom had mold. The shower had hardly andy pressure and the water smelled moldy and the faucet leaked and so did the shower. There was hair on the walls and our headboard looked like a toddler was running his grease hands all over it after eating.The sheets had stains. I hate to give bad reviews but this place needs work. On the positive note. The lady that checked us in was very nice and so was the lady at the breakfast buffet. And the bed was very comfortable,and it was close to the base. .
