Good parking

Very rude front desk staff. Rooms rundown. The room booked was not available but they wouldn't give a full discount when we moved to a different hotel. Zero customer service.

There were no staff present in the am when we dropped off our keys, and i believe we only saw cereal for breakfast when we arrived the previous night. The parking lot was a bit sketchy, so we parked near the front of the parking lot. They had hall lights outside during the night from around 9pm til sunrise i believe so it made the room bright while sleeping (even with the curtains drawn) Beds were comfortable though.

Sketchy people standing around the property, broken window mesh on the outside, falling off of the windows. Inside the office, woman couldnt find my reservation or room that I paid for! I expect Expedia to step in! This is disgusting and not a safe, quiet place to stay!

Excellent friendly staff. Decor is very dated… check your vanity at the door and you’ll b fine. Average breakfast. Very excellent value for cost. Clean room just not nice to look at. Actually quite comfy beds and room warmed up quickly too.

Never brought a pet Breakfast isn’t very good! They put minimal food out and no coffee made!

We were charged more than the Expedia rate agreed upon. Check in staff just passed the machine to pay and slid key to us and walked away. Did not tell us the any information about the included breakfast, wifi password or the location of our room. The wall by the bathroom sink light switch in the was filthy and there was no light bulb in the lamp.

There was no hot water in the morning

I waited for over half an hour for someone to come to the office to book me in and give me my key, but they never showed up. I phoned them for the next couple hours but no one ever answered. I ended up going to a different motel. Hopefiully I will get my money back

Clean & quiet! Great experience

Older motel that could use some updates. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Not much for available for breakfast.

Waiting in the lobby 30 minutes to wait for someone to check us in and the room was so cold

Staff are very friendly, clean room. Could consider to change the bath towels from brown to white!

The room was nice and cozy and warm. Glad I was the only one, as it was short on towels. No wi-fi Had coffee but no tea in the room Breakfast is pretty much non existant. A bit of cereal, some yogurt and bread. Didn't see milk for the cereal
