Really nice and accommodating hotel. Would recommend!

Très gentil. Matelas parfait. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking pour voiture fermé la nuit. Une petite quinzaine de mn du centre. Le seul reproche, manque un panneau ou affichage visible de la rue. Sans gps, je tournerai encore.

Le petit déjeuné n’est pas fameux : pas de viennoiserie et pas de pain … chambre correcte et propre.

We enjoyed our stay . Room was great breakfast was great . The owner was very helpful. It was on walking distance to down town Pisa I would highly recommend this place

Très facile d'accès quand on trouve le petit passage pour la voiture car la zone est particulière ( impasse, bâtiments de construction et aucun nom d'inscrit sur la façade ). Grand studio, beaucoup de place et de rangements, endroit très calme. Seuls les petits déjeuners sont un peu en deçà qualitativement. En longeant/traversant la voie ferrée à proximité ( très peu bruyante), le centre ville est à 2 pas.

Spacious room, clean and fresh big bathroom. Relatively near sights, a 10 minutes walk. Helpful staff.

Owner was very nice and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable.

Vi ankomst ganske tidlig og ble møtt med en fantastisk blid og hjelpsom ung dame;). Siden vi vi har bestilt et HC rom og hun ordnet slik at vi fikk rom med en gang. Rommet var tilrettelagt for rullestobruker. Det eneste vi savne er noen kopper til å pusse tenner og frokost var litt sen kl 08.00 fordi vi er vant å tidlig opp og få en kopp kaffe. Men dette tåle vi. Avstand fra hotel til Pisa tårn var ca 15min å gå. Veldig bra .

Struttura recente con stanze ampie e comode. Ottima base per visitare Pisa (piazza del Duomo si raggiunge comodamente a piedi). Gestori cordiali e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful Suggest management fix the above issue thanks

The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!

Nice place, not fancy, clean, good parking. Decent location, you need a car. Pisa has very poor transportation. No uber, good luck getting a taxi.

Clean and served a purpose.

Great parking bidet sprayer heads need to be changed. Ventilation fans are needed in the room. If you left the doors open, mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was really good. Host and hostess were extremely accommodating. We felt safe and secure.

Fantastic location and the place was better than we expected. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a base to travel around Tuscany. So easy to catch the train and get around 👍

Rauhallinen hotelli. Sijainnin takia tulee paljon käveltyä, kun ei ole autoa eikä julkisiakaan halua käyttää. Hyvä peti. Aamiainen riittävä muttei ylenpalttinen.
