Séjour pro, le personnel est charmant. L'hôtel est bien situé et possède un parking.

Comimos el primer día en el Hotel y resulta que en el Menú del día que incluía comida en dos tiempos más refresco más postre venía con un precio de 30 euros y a la hora de pagar nos cobraron por separado cada cosa y en lugar de de 30 euros acabaron cobrándonos no recuerdo con exactitud la cantidad pero como entre 8 y 10 euros más por persona. Le comenté a mi esposa que se lo dijera a la Señora que nos atendió pero ya no lo hizo, eso sí, ya no volvimos a comer ahí nada, para mí fue un ROBO

One night layover on the longer travel, the stay was very pleasant. Hotel is nice, calm and conveniently located.

All the staff are always smiling. And the bedding is clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is good. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid.

Great location and friendly staff, service was great, great hotel overall

I thought this hotel was off the beaten track, but it is across from a metro station, and the trains here run every 3 minutes or so, which meant I was not very far away from the art museums time-wise. My room was large, quiet and clean, and the front desk attendants were uniformly warm and helpful. The ambience was elegant without being opulent. There is a restaurant on site with a three choice menu. It is frequented by locals, which made me feel less of a tourist! Highly recommended!
