The beds are so uncomfortable

Great place to stop off for the night during a road trip. Very easy check in and a comfortable room. Would stay here again. Breakfast was decent enough (my family would like the gravy to be warm, but at least the eggs were warm!). Good coffee, good fruit.

Everything was as advertised and expected! The one comment i would make is that security of the outside door access could be enhanced.

No elevator was a big one. Easy access off freeway. Bed not comfortable, may need replacement. Staff was accommodating.

Breakfast was surprisingly good and the beds were comfy.

Easy access to/from I-84, very quiet location. Sadly, a formerly popular, good restaurant across the street has closed. Other eateries are a bit of a drive into town.

It’s a very nice hotel only downside was there was no elevator so you have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs.

I arrived early, was told my room wasn't ready and to come back 2-hours later (at official check-in time). 30 minutes later, while I was waiting in my vehicle, I noticed others walking in and seemingly being checked into the hotel (as they never came back out, or came out to get their luggage). 45 minutes later, at about 3:15 pm (local time) I went back in to check on my room and was told it was not ready and that it might be ready in 45 minutes. While others were being checked in and getting rooms. I left, went next door to the Holiday Day Inn Express and immediately got a room. This hotel said I couldn't cancel my reservation because I hadn't followed the proper check-in protocol --- they wouldn't check me in because my room wasn't ready! How is that MY FAULT?

Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean & comfortable and they had a delicious breakfast setup! We appreciate dogs being allowed to stay as well!

Rooms need to be updated and the air conditioners were noisy.

Very basic. This feels like an old motel. Clean towels, sheets and room, but not much more. Feels a bit overpriced for what it is. Our experience with staff was mixed. One was just unfriendly bordering on rude, the other was perfectly nice. Would I stay again? Na, probably try somewhere else in Pendelton.

Two story facility without an elevator. The room we had appeared clean but had a musty scent combined with notes of stale cigarette. My wife was not pleased and couldn't wait to leave. Breakfast was average to good. We will probably look elsewhere if we pass through Pendleton in the future.

Was good until 2am and the AC started making a terrible noise. The front desk said they could move us rooms, but I had my whole family and bags and they would not let us keep our bags in one room and move for the night.

Front desk staff brusque to the point of surliness during check-in. Property has no elevator, we could have stayed at Motel 6 for a similar experience for half the price.

Staff were super friendly. Would stay here again!

Rooms are old and need some updating.

Great stay,we were comfortable,and the room was well up to standard. Staff was very helpful,and pleasant. I would stay again if the time comes .
