Staff was courteous

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean. We did lose power to half our room but I think that was due to the remodeling activities

Room was clean and the lobby was clean. Breakfast was good and the lobby area was very clean given that they are currently renovating. Only issue we had was that our keycards had issues opening the door. Luckily someone was always in the room to open it for us.

For the price we had a good stay. Not a super fancy breakfast but still enjoyable. The pet room had zero pet odor which iwas nice. Our major complaint is a one off. Since they had such a snowy winter storm there was a lot snow and ice at most of the hotel entrances. We about killed ourselves trying to get in the hotel at the entrance by our room. Ended up having to enter from a clear entrance located far from our room. Informed staff that it was a huge safety concern but no one made any attempts to clear it off during the entire week that we were there.

Clean and spotless!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the refrigerator was a good size for what we needed and it had a bathtub which we always prefer in a hotel. The TV had stations that we could watch without a membership in some streaming service which we don't have. We liked the restaurant sized room where breakfast was served, also that there was a quaint classic Denny's diner within walking distance!

The room was clean, food was good, staffs were kind.

Remodeling is occurring of which we were not aware of beforehand.

Not a lot of options. No yogurt or cereal that I saw. I has points to use and the hotel charged me and the receptionist told me to talk with the manager in the am. Which didn’t work for me as I was leaving first thing. It is right off the highway and there were a lot of men, in the job force staying there. It was okay. Would not stay there again.

Clean room and great breakfast options

This was my third stay at this BW. There is plenty of parking. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was modern and clean. Breakfast was good and well maintained. The shower was great. The only minor negative was the shower drain was slower than the water inflow, so it did back up a bit. That might be just that room. The other thing I liked was there is a good choice in restaurants including a Denny's that was a one-minute walk away.

Room was nice, breakfast had many choices to choose from. Parking lot was safe and plenty of spots

Bien el estacionamiento y el acceso. El desayuno no es muy bueno, solo aceptable. Lamentablemente había obras en el hotel, lo que obviamente deslucía el lugar y afecta la valoración. Podrían poner snacks y bebidas a disposición con cargo a la habitación.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was hot & good. Offers a lot of variety. The hotel itself needs upgrading, but is clean. Easy access to the highway & stores & restaurants.

Room was very comfortable. Nor overly fond of split bathrooms though but it was ok.
