The staff was very good and kind .The easy access to get around in different directions made our traveling easier. They were working on the pool and the bathroom we had was not the best. The water just stopped when I was showering and the sink had a broken drain.

Nice place hidden in the middle of town out of view

Room was small, and ac hardley worked. Shower curtian was partly in toilet when I walked in to the bathroom, I had to remove it FROM then toilet. AC unit barley worked and had browm marks on it. There were hand prints on the ceiling. One of the beds hair black hairs in the sheets, that were supposed to be clean! After some tears our family found another hotel and checked out after less then an 1 hour stay! Did not appear the hotel was well maintained, stains and hair in halls too. The one positive is the lady at front desk was friendly. We left and went to a different hotel in the area!

The hotel was definitely outdated and they seemed to have a shortage of front desk staff. The girl working the breakfast bar was friendly, but when i saw her put the biscuits in the microwave to heat them up and grab a box of liquid eggs to heat up in the microwave as well… it was kind of a turn off. I’m sure most hotels with the same rating do the same, but the microwave isn’t in the dining area with the guests

Every hotel needs a Jackie at their front desk. She is amazing

Brought my German Shepherd and Australian Shepherd with me during my stay, and would stay again, clean room/ bathroom, and for where it’s located, I appreciated that they have the pet friendly rooms away from all the traffic of cars and people.

Average hotel. First room we got into, it had a bad smell to it. Went to the front and requested another room. Second room smelled much better. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Room and hotel was clean. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again though. Price is decent.

The room was extremely unclean. I was very disappointed with this stay. We left immediately after checking in and were not issued a refund.

Hotel was fine. It was a little bit unclean and there was a small hole in our wall. The curtains to outside were thick black paper. But it was a fine option overall. Beautiful area

Pool wasn't open, only bummer! Breakfast was great and check in and out was very customer service friendly.

Pool was closed for roof repair.

Whatever you do dont go to the restaurant that on the property unless you want to pay big big bucks.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was amazing, helpful and very friendly. I had a pet with me and this place is very pet friendly.

The property is old and worn. There is no elevator. The beds were very hard. The pool roof was damaged and the pool was closed. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and I'm surprised Best Western allowed their franchise.

Maybe I was expecting too much. But no one came by daily to give fresh towels, check tissue, take out trash or make beds
