Good location but in need of updates. Staff is very nice.

The staff was friendly, but the carpets were not vacuumed well or the floors clean; there were no fresheners in the rooms; plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, pool and hot tub were fine. My daughter's bathroom apparently smelled weird.

The hotel needs updating. The hall carpets are old and the room smelled like dirty socks. The breakfast was really bland. Scrambled eggs and the same old sausage links. Maybe substitute bacon on some mornings to break up the monotony. It was an ok stay but if Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn was in the area, i would have opted for them.

The staff were wonderful

Great hotel, stayed here for grandmas marathon weekend!!

I was here for Grandma’s Race weekend. I ran the half. I enjoyed our stay except for how loud the people in the pool area were. Our room was right across from the jacuzzi. If I come back next year for the marathon, I will try and stay here again, but I will definitely ask for a room not in the pool area.

The hotel is in Superior, just south of The Duluth bridge. Free parking at the older hotel, but provided a pool and hot tub. Beer store and restaurant is just across the street. Excellent complimentary breakfast in the morning. A great over night resting spot.

Bathroom is too small and seemed to leak a bit from tub.

Really great property at a great price.

Housekeeping is on request. Leftovers from previous guest was found in the refrigerator in the room. Price is good

The room was disgusting. The toilet wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. The mattress pads were full of hair and stains. The bathroom walls and floors were filthy. There was even hair in the shower and on the bathroom ceiling. The fridge wouldn't stop running, producing a loud screeching noise-I had to unplug it. There were whiskers on the soap tray. When the front desk was told, they were sympathetic, but offered nothing to compensate. Said they would talk to the cleaning staff.

Reasonable price

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and appear to have been updated however the doors and woodwork were rather worn. The only real downside was the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Bathroom was dirty...something smeared on the wall. Ceiling fan was filthy also. Pool area was nice

Very VERY old property NOT well maintained Rooms. Room very stuffy, got moved to a much bigger nicer room. Bed comfortable, staff nice, pool area nice and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything in rhe room was clean and in working order. The pool area is beautiful and is a great pick for families with children. Christina and staff were tremendously helpful! Our needs were answered within a few, short minutes. We will definitely stay here, when we're in Superior, again!
