Property is decorated nice, has a special ambiance for a Best Western

Expedia booking and cancellation were great. Staff was very annoying. They want me to book hotel and cancel the expedia booking. Other than that it was a great spot.

It is a great gem. Spa was awesome. Expansive breakfast items. Cleam and super friendly staff.

I have to admit that I was a bit, surprised how the location of this motel was able to ward off all of the homeless that live all the way around it we were never bothered by anyone no one ever came through the parking lot vehicle seem to be real safe, I was impressed. I’m not sure what the security is at. Best Western but kudos to you. You did a good job.

Be aware…this property is situated between 4 marijuana dispensaries and it smells like it. It is also two blocks from a soup kitchen and 3 blocks if homeless camps. When we asked if it was safe to walk 4 blocks to a restaurant, the clerk said,”Yes. Absolutely!” The room smelled like someone had used an entire bottle of awful air freshener. The room was dark and old, nothing like pictures online. The bathroom shower and floor needed a good cleaning as well. Because of the smell, cleanliness and safety concerns we cut our trip short and left as soon as we could in the morning.

Very friendly staff.. good location. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool. Will definitely stay here again when we are visiting Eureka.

This BW exceeded our expectations. Our room was large and comfortable; the breakfast was excellent; and the patio and pool area looked really fun. We especially appreciated the availability of the complimentary car service to take us to and from dinner at a local restaurant in downtown Eureka. We would happily stay at this property again.

Rooms are clean. The suite was spacious and comfortable

Overall good location

I am in love with their jacuzzi. I thought I was in Hawaii. The plant arrangements were amazing. This spa was big and roomy; Most impressingly clean. The water was nice and warm. It was 55° outside, so being in this warm spa was perfect.

So-so hotel. In middle of downtown, quite load road noise and horrible pillows. Card key failed multiple times

The pool and hot tub area was amazing. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and appealing.

The pictures do not match the condition of the property. Property is run down. We did not feel safe and did not end up staying- drove up the road to Arcata and stayed at a safer hotel

Beautiful property with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast and a really cool feature is the complimentary limo ride to dinner downtown. I was able to enjoy a great night downtown, take a dip in the hot tub, and spend the night in a very clean and spacious room.

I came back to this hotel for simply the Oasis 😍… This hotel has a beautiful hot tub and a great entertainment area. The hotel has many amenities within walking distance and the beds are super comfortable!

Clean and conveniently located. Hotel offered transportation to and from local restaurants so you don’t have to drive yourself and find parking. Very nice amenity for their guests. Pool area was very nice. Complementary breakfast was good. Would stay again at this hotel in the future.
