Would stay again

Everything and everyone was great except the elevator had a bad odor.

Great customer service. It was quiet in the hotel and very clean. I would book again and recommend to anyone. Room was comfortable and very nice.

No parking when returning after 8pm. Smelling cigarette smoke walking to my room. No security, people keeping doors open putting mats on the threshold to keep it open.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly.

The first thing you see when arriving is lots and lots of cats with empty and full cat bowls all over!!! Cats running around in the parking lot looking for hand outs! Not a very appealing sight! Some one was smoking in the room and the hall was very stinky with smoke smell.

The reception was friendly, we slept well. Our room was clean. The breakfast was plentiful, eggs and bacon. And plenty more. Our only comment, and this really turned us off, was when you enter the hotel property, to the left, is an entire feral cat colony. Someone had put out 15 or more bowls of food and there were around 20 cats. Unhealthy, fleabitten-looking cats were roaming around the parking area, and also near the hotel entry. This needs to be addressed asap

This place is amazing. The only thing that this place needs is more parking. The pool was not open but we didn’t have time to swim anyway. The bed was so comfortable we overslept and missed breakfast. We did smell it from the room and it smelled good.

I am allergic to mold and there was black mold growing around the corner of the tub/shower. Not a good thing to see. Bleach would help that and used often! The property has run down since we have stayed over the past few years. Since no longer a part of Best Western. It quality anymore, but with few choices in Hondo, seemed the better of the choices.

Bowl of toilet was dirty with water stains and the seat was peeling in 3 spots which at first looked lie wet toilet paper stuck on it.

Staff definitely showed pride in their work and workplace. Breakfast better than most at this price. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Nice sized TV and decent WIFI.

Everything was just great

Overall it was Ok but the general condition of the property looked a little broken. I had to fix my toilet because it kept running constantly. I also tightened the shower head so it wouldn’t leak.

The staff were extremely helpful
