Friendliest, hotel staff ever!

Good breakfast and room was clean and spacious

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The only thing was the smell in the room. It smelled dirty and old and not pleasant. Best option in the area.

The breakfast menu was weird. The eggs were not real eggs (I could not eat them) and the meat options were bizarre, except for the last day of our stay where they finally served some bacon. The parfait machine didn’t work and there was no replacement yogurt. Our room was 40 degrees Celsius so that we had to have the air conditioning running constantly even though it was winter weather outside. The bed was supposed to be queen size but it was not, and it was uncomfortable. The couch was scratchy, worn out, and uncomfortable. We didn’t read the fine print so our fault for not realizing this but the picture of the bathroom showed that it had a bathtub but it had an odd walk-in shower with NO water pressure. I had to get out of the shower, dry myself off, and wash my hair in the kitchen sink because I would never have gotten the soap out of my hair in the shower. The grout appeared to have been white at one time but was brown and mildewy - gross. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is tied for first place for WORST shower ever. The volume button on the TV remote control in the bedroom didn’t work. There was a mini fridge in the kitchen area that opened the wrong way so it was difficult to get things in and out of it. The elevator felt like it needed repairs, making strange noises and banging to a stop so that your knees would buckle. Many people exclaimed out loud when it stopped. Has Best Western fallen on hard times?

We had the best experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!! The beds were comfortable and the pool was very clean. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Pros Clean, comfortable, excellent service especially at the breakfast buffet, basic but decent breakfast. Cons TV with no optional connection to Netflix, Prime or YouTube. TV with no option to mirror a cellphone. TV with tons of old-style TV programs and PPV movies and PPV TV shows. The shower did not have a soap holder and I had to put my bath foam on a seat that was there.

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The Hottub and pool were a filthy mess though.

Very expensive, the poorest Best western hotel I ever been.

We had a beautiful suite. It just made the stay so much more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was well thought out and beverages such as coffee and water was always available.
