Very pleased with our room it was nice and quiet and also very clean. We had a great day.

Great spot close to restaurants and shopping. Pool and slide are fun with nice warm water.

Parking good. Staff great. Alcohol selection not good in Mediterranean Bar. Kitchen could use more utensils.

We really liked the Modern Olive restaurant in this hotel - excellent food and service. Pool and waterlside are in a bright natural lit large room. We liked our one bedroom suite with kitchenette and two bathrooms, it was comfortable, clean quiet.

The room was very barren , did not feel roomy. The constant noise from construction in the harbour was very agrevating. Lights in room were not working due to batteries not been replaced. TV control did not work with the TV set which had to be replaced. Techincians were friendly and helpful. Front desk were not up to snuff for a hotel charging those prices. They did not like it when we brought up our concerns. Would not stay there again.

Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was very clean.

Sink was completely clogged and was not useable. We got in late and had to get two young kids to bed so didn't attempt to have staff take care of it during the stay. Let the front desk know when we checked out the following morning and they said they would have their maintenance crew take care of it. Also bathtub drain would not close so no bath. Otherwise very clean and quiet.

We booked this hotel because of the pool. The pool was not open.
