The pool was closed for Reno’s, we were informed on check in, not a huge deal for this booking. we inquired to the onsite salon for a booking, and was told they were ‘all booked up’ for the weekend. Only to find out they were actually closed Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Something I found odd considering the hotel was pretty full all weekend. The food was what I’d say below average in the breakfast buffet. Luke warm pancakes, waffles & hash browns. We ordered room service dinner one evening and after our order was placed we were informed that a couple of the items weren’t available. The casino did have decent priced drinks, and over all the property was as clean as expected. I’d probably stay again, but it wouldn’t by my first choice for camrose.

The room was very clean and decor was nice. The room was spacious, even had a sofa. We noticed that it was very quiet - didn't hear doors slamming/kids running in halls/people coughing like most hotels, and we stayed on a Friday night.

For the price of this hotel and the pool and Jim being closed, I feel that it should’ve been discounted. I would not stay here again due to the fact that other hotels have these amenities and are at the same price . I would’ve had a better rating if these amenities were open since I have kids I like to swim and I like to work out at the gym every morning.

Have stayed at this hotel numerous times and would again. Disappointed that there was no post in Expedia about the pool and hot tub being closed for maintenance.

room was not up to standards had king sitting room, whole sitting room consisted of 2 chairs, of the 2 tv's only one worked effectively. breakfast in the morning was ridiculously poor, food was sub par, fruit selection consisted of only apples. will not stay there again
