Ce fut un séjour exceptionnel. Il n’y a absolument rien à redire si ce n’est que c’est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Les photos ne montrent même pas le quart du charme de cette établissement. Le directeur de l’établissement est super. Il nous a fait visiter tout le ksar et nous a même surclassé .. à faire absolument!

We have spent a wonderful time at this hotel. Service is top notch, breakfast is one of the best ones we have had over our stay in Morocco. View from the rooms (Suite) are great and rooms are very spacious. The pool is nicely fresh, quiet and well decorated. Options at the shop are great too. The hotel is nicely decorated and very typical in general. The gym is quite complete. We will definitely be back and would recommend that place without any hesitations. Note that a car is needed to visit the Kasbah (8min ride by car), but they also have bikes to rent if needed.

Beautiful spot! During our stay they seemed a bit understaffed for the volume of guests.

Beautiful hotel with great staff and service. The food however was lacking as was the WIFI throughout the hotel. It was almost nonexistent making it quite difficult for those of us that had some business related activities.

A very beautiful property and the staff was excellent. It would be nice to have luggage racks for the suitcases, soft towels and robes.

Words cannot describe the beauty and comfort of this small property. Hidden among the hills and views of the nearby Kasbah, don’t be confused to think it is a low budget affair. The food is amazing. The location is gorgeous, well manicured gardens well-maintained buildings, great views, and an incredible spa. Anyone would be silly not to choose this location! It is worth every Dirham!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gepflegt und komfortabel. Allerdings war das Abendessen kalt und geschmacklich durchschnittlich. Beim Frühstück muß für einen genießbaren Cappuccino oder Espresso extra bezahlt werden (20).

We've been upgraded to a Suite (which really should be a standard room). Service was OK, but the facility is great with a lot of quite place to rest and relax! Everything is of great shape and clean. Food was OK.

Mauvais service et qualité de la cuisine mediocre. Nous avons ete tres malade a cause d'une intoxication. Tous nos repas ont ete pris dans cet hotel eten plus c'etait vraiment pas bon. Deuxieme fois que nous venons mais derniere! A fuir!!!!

Très mauvaise du fait d'avoir dû payer une deuxième fois ma réservation. personnel méfiant et en fin de compte ne privilégie pas le client. Nous avions pourtant donner nos preuves de paiement et même du début de notre compte. sans succès sous prétexte que "on a toujours des problèmes avec les Marocains "...nous sommes pourtant Français !!
