Clean and surprisingly there were additional towels, soap, etc We did buy laundry detergent and had to leave it in the room No instructions on use of stove and laundry!

The suite is in a great area, easy walk across the street to watch baseball. The unit is clean, the bed is comfortable. Check-in and out was easy. Unit is small, no area to set out suitcases other than the floor. Bathroom is tight with no countertop space. If we stayed here again, which we will if in the area, I would request a larger unit.

We were in Toronto for a couple of ball games and the Life Suites Loft was the perfect location for walking to the Roger's Centre. The suite was super clean, well equipped and the staff very friendly. There was a kitchen

Only 1 elevator was operational so it was a hassle to go in and out and even checkout

We loved the pool and overall experience

The only bad point is we booked this place since it was listes as two bed (sofa bed was fine) bit we arrived there and no sofa bed available, only an camping air mattress... if we had knew we would have not booked this place unfortunately. Cuisine lights were half broken but that's a detail. Other than that the location is unmatched, place was clean and smelled great. Would book again for a couple, not as a two bed situation. Cheers,

Great place

The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was comfortable and felt safe. Staff were friendly and the location was great. However there was one functioning elevator. Wait times for the elevator were 20 - 40 minutes and the elevator was often jammed full of people with suitcases. Before making a reservation here I strongly suggest that you check to see if the other elevators have been repaired yet. It made planning impossible.

Very close to event

Great location right downtown by many attractions. Place was a little bare boned if you plan on trying to cook meals there, but very clean and easy access.

It was a wonderful place. Loved the view, the pool and the cleanliness. You must add a seal around the shower door, a better shower head, and some hooks in the bathroom but beside this, we will definitely be back!

Amazing location.

Our stay at Life Loft Suites was overall a great experience with a few small issues. The location was the main reason for selecting this stay and it was incredibly central to everywhere we wanted to walk to. 10 minute walk to CN tower or Queen Street. The rooftop pool was lovely and heated with a great view of the CN tower and Rogers Center. We wish we had an update on the hot tub being closed prior to stay rather than a "might be unavailable". We loved how the stay seemed private, a very quiet building with easy check-in. We did find a few issues with amenities, for example, while there was washer and dryer available, there was no detergent or dryer sheets. The body wash provided was also low quality, I'd recommend getting your own shower products. The bed was not comfortable, it seemed to have issues with the mattress/box spring as well as the frame. The bed would rock, if you were on the edge it was like a see-saw and felt like you were going to fall off. So our sleeps were impacted. This should definitely be replaced. Under the fitted sheet, we discovered at the end our trip that there was lots of dirt, hair, which was not from us. No outlets in the kitchen so to make tea I had to set up the kettle on the floor near the table and chairs. I would consider staying again as long as the amenities were improved slightly and the beds were replaced/nicer quality.

Overall, this was a great stay in a very convenient location. Pros: > Perfect location, just steps from the Rogers Centre and close to everything downtown. > Spacious rooms with a handy kitchenette. > Access to a heated pool with a stunning view of the CN Tower. Cons: > Check-in was confusing. The listed address doesn’t match the actual entrance, and you need to go to the security desk at another entry to get your key. > Some hallways looked a bit worn down, with wallpaper peeling noticeably. > No toiletries provided, so plan to bring your own. > Many of the elevators were down, so they tended to be very slow and very busy.
