Decent place to stay and a good location but property needs some updating.

Its in a nice location with a good view. The staff are really friendly. They have a heated pool and spa! Im really enjoying the stay!

Arrived but run not ready. Had to wait an hour before ready

Stayed before.Tiny Bkft area!!! The coffee service could be in lobby from 6-9..Very few tables for lg. hotel.They expect people to ( go elsewhere)., rarely does this happen. Never any bread for toast!! BUT Still we will return.LOL

Dirty bathroom and filthy floor

The bed was uncomfortable and the shower tiny. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In my opinion it was expensive for the facilities available to us. The free breakfast was terrible! The pool was uninviting and small. For the price this was a complete disappointment. I recommend you stay somewhere else if you’re in town.

Fantastic place! Such friendly staff, helpful. Awesome limo rides from hotel to wherever you need to go. Room was very clean and comfortable

The property was clean and set on a nice stretch of beach close to town.

Corner room had small balcony. Showers were cold with little pressure.

I would like to see a snack/drink bar added. The vending machine is not as useful as this. I always appreciate this at other hotels.

A very clean well run place.

Excellent hotel. Loved the hot tub and pool. Good breakfast. Balcony was a nice touch. Great beds! Coffee and homemade cookies each night. Apples, oranges, and water out all day for you. A limo to take you around town!

Nice clean

We were told the room was not ready at check in, then told there was a mistake and it was. Went to the room with luggage and found furniture scattered around the room, no bedding, nothing cleaned and apparently hadn't been used for awhile. Was given another room after two visits to the front desk. The room we were given was in need of repairs and updating. Missing blow dryer, towel rack coming off the wall, carpeting very dated and stained, and there were areas on the walls that needed repairs. Bobby pin on the sink top left question as to how well the room was cleaned. Very disapointed with the stay here as it was a special occasion and I didn't expect these kinds of problems or room conditions for the price. Front desk staff, lobby, building exterior, and breakfast were nice enough but just not the quality stay I had expected.

The room was okay, two things I wasn’t impressed with, our room had a sliding glass door that was very dirty could not see the view of the lake through it, and the other was the toilet was very low to the floor if I was any older I would not have been able to get up and down from it easily.
