I have stayed here numerous times and every time the standard is excellent. The staff are great. The room is always immaculate and the dining room has good food. Truly highly recommend this place.

No breakfast was included , pools are small but warm , was a dead bug on the floor in pool room both days so know floors are not washed. Was comfortable and room was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful

Love the spa area & the views. The King Tower suite is well worth the visit. Overall everything was great.

Room was over loading dock. Very noisy. Not ideal. Breakfast options limited by vouchers.

Room was nice and clean, went to dinner but was refused, no told us a reservation would be required, shame for paying hotel customers, had to get lost on the far side of the city to eat.breakfast was ok, didn't use the other amenities.

Dogs welcome. Room had a cologne smell to it. Room was near the outside exit so a little loud but that can’t be helped.
