Staff was very courteous. The hotel seems like it needs a lot of maintenance. It’s not great.

The room was clean and comfortable.

There are no safety bars in the shower. Nothing to hold onto getting in or out. One could easily slip. The TV is difficult to navigate. Other than these two issues our stay was pleasant. With good coffee and is close to many stores and restaurants. The room was clean.

Clean. Stayed 1 night for a hockey tournament in Waterford. Quiet space, beds were not very comfortable. Friendly staff, allowed us a late check out.

Kind of a strange entrance area. Parking was OK. There was no free breakfast. Just tea and coffee 24 hrs. Room was clean but only a bar of soap was there. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were much too high for my liking. I would prefer a choice of a flatter pillow, but all were very puffy. Bedding was nice. Fan/heater was excellent. Television was easy to navigate.

Nick at the front desk was awesome. Easy check in and convenient room.

We were upgraded from a queen to a king which was nice however we were located next to the ice machine, laundry and an entrance. When the washer behind our wall went into a rinse cycle the wall vibrated and the hanging picture was bouncing on the wall. Lesson learned and if offered again we will ask to see the room. Also, there was what he called a takeaway breakfast. Consisted of apples and muffins wrapped in plastic. Finally, fruit flies in our room.
