Food was fair. Location was excellent

We found a small live bug on our mattress upon checkin and we concerned it might be a bed bug. The clerk on duty dismissed our concerns and we had to ask at least twice if we could please get a different room. He finally begrudgingly agreed. We then spoke with the manager who knew nothing of the matter and were told that she would get back to us after she had a moment to look into it. She never got back to us over the course of our 3 night stay.

Quiet and very conveniently located to everything.

Room was not air conditioned so we kept the sliding door open and fan on. Room old, clean enough but I did find a bug in my sheets so that wasn’t great. Guess we should have read the fine print, thought the room would be air conditioned and it was warm out. Continental breakfast was good with lots of great options. Service was good, staff was very nice.

We stayed 3 nights. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Convenient location and good walking access to the inner harbor.

Central to everything in Victoria. Only issue was lack of air conditioning but we did fine. Well stocked breakfast included with our stay.

Would definitely come back next time.

Great location in the inner harbour area of Victoria. Very walkable to most of the sites of downtown. Safe and quiet location. Close to eateries and restaurants. Great breakfast included.

Pros: large balconies, cappuccino coffee maker in lobby, ambient lighting in room, easy walk to harbour, legislature Cons: unimaginative breakfast, cramped breakfast room, dust in corridor

Quiet, comfortable room. Shower diverter is different. Breakfast good.

Right in downtown Victoria and close to what I wanted to do. The free breakfast was pretty good too.

I would have given a higher rating if there had been air conditioning. Imagine paying almost $500 per night for a room with no air conditioning. Either have AC or lower your price

The staff were great. The rooms are small and outdated.
