We had significant problems in our room with multiple extension cords strung together in order to power lights and the coffee maker. The coffee maker kept tripping the breaker and was actually situated on top of the microwave over my head height. We were so disappointed because the property in general with the pool and the courtyard were so nice.

The young lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful and cheerful.

The building needs maintenance. The price for Sunday was greater than the actual holiday on Monday, Thanksgiving Day. Two separate bookings. 1st booking: The back door was bolted so you couldn't get in. 2nd booking: the front door was bolted from the inside. Staff on Sunday morning said the back door was bolted for safety. Second booking I didn't ask. Clean room, pool was nice.

Loved trees and how quiet it was. Pool area needs work.good breakfast.some simple deficiencies could be taken care of. All in all good stay and friendly staff

The only reason I didn’t give the last item 5 stars is because of a rotating sprinkler that pounded a metal sign, waking me several times overnight. Stacey at Reception very kindly did a lot of research before she gave us another room, which was MUCH better than the first one anyway. Kudos to Stacey for her compassion & her excellent efforts to assure us of a perfect stay.❤️

The staff is friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty. The room was spacious and clean (the bathtub wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked).

This was a wonderful place to stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful, rooms clean, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding. Our conversation with table mates was very interesting and pleasant. We throughly enjoyed our visit and stay.

Exceeded our expectations in every way. We interacted with many of staff members including the general manager, Kelly. Everyone was friendly and professional. The team has created a wonderful hotel. It was well maintained and very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful shower, quiet at night, adequate breakfast

Breakfast was very good , room was clean but bathroom bathtub silicone needs redoing.. had mold or gaps in it. Plus bathroom window had mold.. service was great. Nice outdoor and indoor pool
