I love staying at this hotel location.

Had a great stay. Staff at the front desk were excellent and accommodating. We arrived to the city early and I had a virtual class starting at one so they found a clean room to put us in as an early check in.

We had a King Suite and the furniture was so uncomfortable and the bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood.

Front desk staff were friendly as well as quick and efficient. Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. Overall, a great experience.

Didn’t have to pay for a pool I wasn’t going to use.

The hotel location was good. The beds were good and the breakfast was acceptable. However, the hotel bathroom may require some upgrades and more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the carpet appears to need proper cleaning, as it has an unpleasant odor.

Bottled water only available at check-in and only to members and only if you ask for it!! Very cheap considering cost of the average room.
