It was remodeled so clean and new, except the bathroom. No elevator. Will stay again

Our room was very nice and clean. I found beds to be comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hot tub and pool was in good working condition. Breakfast was sufficient and coffee was smooth!! I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty clean

The staff were very kind and accomadating. We were on second floor and there was no elevator. I have a mild handicap so disappointing, but the front desk staff rushed to my side and carried up my luggage. The hair dryer in my room did not work and they replace it as soon as I notified them. Our room was exceptionally clean. The rooms are not sound proof. It is an older building in need of some upgrades. Overall I gave it 4 because of the service and cleanliness.

Bemidji has some not safe areas but this area seemed ok. It is next to a building that is shutdown/closed but we didn't see anything unsafe about it. The hotel is just average. Our room wasn't very clean but we were exhausted and just needed somewhere to sleep. The guy that checked us in at night was very friendly and helpful and the girl that checked us out was friendly also. They definitely need better cleaning staff! I've stayed at worse hotels in bemidji.

Terrible experience!

It was ok

Staff always focused on what they could do to make our stay great. Night staff even stepped out to help my partner get out of the car and into the hotel. My partner is physically challenged. The temperature was bitter cold.

Was a great stay

Perfectly situated for a nights stay. CJ was great at check-in and gave us several restaurants to choose from for dinner.

Very clean and comfortable room. Recently updated. Great value. Little noisy since it’s close to the freeway off-ramp.

Comfortable and quiet. But Breakfast was cold and not enough or kept supplied. No coffee or cold sausage links is not acceptable.

Turns out the BW was quite far from city centre. It was tired, next to highway location.

Bad choice will not be back
