Nice

The room seemed clean enough if a bit outdated. The hotel is clearly historic and the floors are very creaky. We were on the second floor and could hear everytime the person upstairs took a step and it wasn’t great being woken up at 5am after a long day of travel to them seemingly walking laps in their room upstairs.

Gym was decent, staff especially evening lady was very pleasant

基本的には、快適に過ごせました。シャワージェルが無かったり、タオルが人数分用意されていなかったなど、アメニティーが充足されていなかったのは残念です。

It maybe my problem but . . . There was no secure parking ( had to pay for parking in front of hotel before 6 pm and after 8 am), no breakfast (when does BW not serve breakfast), check in was cumbersome and indicated if anything went wrong you were responsible. The room bathroom small and difficult using the sink. Toilet spacing between cabin and toilet miniscule. I should of done a better job at investigating the hotel. Best western would be my last consideration in the future.

Clean room and courteous staff

The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. The girl at the front desk went out of her way to upgrade my room after some items in the room did not work properly. She was very apologetic and helpful in every way. Rooms are very nice. Beds very comfortable. Would recommend.

オーロラツアーの拠点として便利。部屋が広くキッチンも付いていて、スーパーで買い物して部屋で食事できたのが良かった。 浴槽が浅めで、ゆっくり入浴するにはやや不満。 家族４人で２泊したが、ゆっくり快適に過ごすことが出来た。
