Everything is great

Short stay and convenient for the purpose of the stay. Front desk staff very congenial and inviting, with a warm welcome.

The hotel is older but spotless and had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and a full range of toiletries. The room was quiet, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The Buttery restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and serves an excellent breakfast/lunch.

Noise from the AC unit or power plant disrupting my sleep

Overall experience was great. The only issue i had was the air-conditioning wasn't working properly

There are 2 buildings , original 2 floors and the main 4 levels + lower level . Location is excellent across from upper Canada mall. Restaurants walking distance. There is no bar onsite. Overall a very good hotel

All good but the weird hard pillow cases

It was a basic, clean hotel which is what we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but clean and functional. There was lots of parking and check in and out was quick. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but we were only there to sleep anyways. I had a coffee next door and it was really good. I wish I could have had more time to have breakfast there.

The room was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Great location to shopping and restaurants. A good value for the price, I highly recommend this hotel.
