very good staff, clean, quiet room

We were really happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean., pool was fun! We were really impressed with the restaurant, prices were reasonable and portions are generous, and very delicious. We had a great stay!

Spotless room, very courteous staff and comfortable lounge/ bar with deluxe coffee machine for guests. The Caesar Bar is a brilliant idea.

Overall great hotel, room was clean only complaint is I stayed at the hotel during the day to study, I used the lounge area off of the main lobby and it was not cleaned, coffee tables were covered in crumbs and spilled drinks from the night before (this area serves as the lounge in the evenings) I tried to move to the other couch and there was actual pieces of appetizers on the carpet around the couch and coffee table. The next day before checking out I went back to the area in hopes of getting some more last minute studying in and the SAME food was there. Makes me question some things. Other than that, staff were friendly, room was clean. Pool area has a noisy vent/fan system so it makes relaxing in the hot tub not as nice but I don’t think there’s anything that can be done about that.

Breakfast was not free it was $25/person, no towels to use for swimming. Found the gentleman at the counter with the accent rude .

The balcony was very cute. Pretty to look out at the snowy trees. The room was very clean. Only concern was the amount of light from the balcony door. I couldnt turn off the balcony light. Pillows were very big tough to get my neck comfortable.

Lovely place to stay. However, did not feel welcomed by the front desk staff. Voiced my concern, and was treated like I was being annoying. I will stay somewhere else in the future. Upper management is encouraged to reach out to me about my experience. Really enjoyed the service from the gentleman the second night we were there.

room spotless, hotel spotless, really enjoyed hot tub and water slide. excellent restaurant, meal was memorable. staff in restaurant and front desk friendly and helpful. a great hotel.
